We look forward to having you for tea. Many of our guests have questions so we have put together this information sheet for you.
To secure a reservation for a party of eight or more you will need to provide a credit card number. On the day of your event you may pay with whatever method you desire — credit card, cash or checks made out to “An Afternoon to Remember”. We request that one person make the payment for the entire group. We are unable to do separate checks. Thanks for your understanding.
Parties of 8 or more will include a 18% gratuity. The per person price for the Full Tea will be $27.49 and for the Light Tea it will be $23.73. These are person prices which include the tax and the 18% gratuity.
Please advise us of any changes in the number of your party at least one week in advance of your event. The total number of guests we have 24 hours prior to your reservation will be the number of guests for which you will be charged. You will be charged for guests who do not show up the day of the reservation if you fail to inform us of the change 24 hours in advance. If your party fails to show and has not provided 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the entire total.
Please arrive at your designated time and not too early. You will be seated at your time and not earlier as there may be customers from the previous seating. We allow our customers 1 hour and 45 minutes. That means we only have 15 minutes to reset your tables. So please be mindful if you do arrive early. Our goal is to seat you at your reserved time so please wait in the gift shop or outside until we seat you.
You are welcome to bring small favors. Let us know if you need us to put them out for you. Because of our limited space, for large bridal and baby showers, we suggest that perhaps you open your presents at a different location.
Due to health reasons no outside food (including cake) may be brought in. Please do not ask. We thank you for your understanding.
