Our Setting

We are located in the tiny town of Newcastle in Northern California. Our building is over 100 years old and has been many things over it's life time, from a hotel, to a pharmacy, to even a video store. It's a quaint old building with a 13 foot ceiling complete with chandeliers. We consider our tea parlor decor eclectic and European. Our tables are antiques with mismatched chairs. We strive for a feeling of elegance yet warm and cozy and never uppity. Our customers wear anything from Victorian attire complete with gloves, to tea dresses and hats to jeans. We want everyone to feel at home in our tea room -- even men!
