Storing Tea
Tea is like a sponge and soaks up any flavor. It’s best to store tea in tins or specially designed bags that seal. Do not use bags that “zip”, glass or plastic containers. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
If stored properly:
Black tea will keep for up to about 1 year.
Green tea will keep for up to about 3 months.
White tea is best to use within 1 month.
