How to Make Moist and Delicious Scones

This class will focus on how to make my delicious scones.  I will show you how and also give you secret tips so yours will turn out perfect every time.  For our tea tasting we will sample some of my most popular teas.

Included in the class price will be: A copy of Creating an Afternoon to Remember (my own cookbook), samples of scones and tea.

Participants will learn the basic steps to making delicious scones.
Participants will learn how to adapt the recipe to create their own unique varieties.
Participants will learn the tips and tricks to preparing scones ahead of time if they need large quantities for a party.
