New Savory Tea Menu Item Added

Dear Tea Lovers,

We’ve had requests for a smaller tea option especially in the summer months when the weather is so hot. So starting this week we are introducing our “Savory Tea”.  This tea will include: a slice of quiche, a cup of soup/salad (depending on the season) and a scone for $15.95.  As with our full and light tea menus, you will be able to reserve this tea ahead of time.  Just let us know at the time you make your reservation which tea you would like. We hope you’ll try it soon!

Our feature tea this month is Lychee Tea.

Lychee Black Tea is made from Black Tea which has been scented with lychee peels.  Lychee or lichee is a sweet tropical fruit that is popular in Asia.  When preparing and drinking this tea, one is instantly amazed with its strong pleasantly sweet fruity aroma.  When brewed the tea has a reddish brown hue and a light sweet honey-like taste.  Lychee Black Tea makes an excellent iced tea and can be served with sugar and/or milk.  With sugar and milk, it is commonly used to make the popular Taiwanese Boba, tapioca, or bubble tea drinks.
