This class will focus on how to make my delicious scones.  I will show you how and also give you secret tips so yours will turn out perfect every time.  For our tea tasting we will sample some of my most popular teas.

The Tricks and Tips to Making Delicious Tea Sandwiches

Tired of boring tea sandwiches? This class will focus on how to make delicious yet easy tea sandwiches. I will show you how to make the fillings, help you decide which breads to use and the special tricks to cutting them and as well as tips on garnishing.  I’ll also help you discover ways to make them ahead of time, so you are able to be relaxed the day of your party and spend more time with your guests.  In addition you’ll taste some perfect teas to serve at your party.
