Welcome to Afternoon to Remember On-Line!

What’s New?

Yes, it’s true! I’m opening a tea shop this summer at Country Village in Bothell, WA. My own blends and flavored teas will be for sale. I’ll have a small tea shop (no food, just loose tea) in the front and in the back, I’ll be flavoring, blending and packing tea.

For my on-line customers, don’t worry, I’ll still be doing ezines, recipe books and fulfilling orders. You have supported me all of these years, I’m not going to let you down now.

For my farmer’s market customers, you can come by and see me and pick out your favorite teas. Unfortunately I won’t be able to do the markets anymore, but I’ll have a permanent spot for you to visit anytime you want.

I’m so excited to be joining Country Village. It’s such a great community and the people are wonderful! There are lots of extra events, Ladies’ Night Out, festivals and much more.

I hope to move in early this summer. I’ll keep you posted as the time grows near!

Tea Master Brewers!

I was so fortunate at the Northwest Tea Festival in Oct 2012 to have reconnected with Jason Chen.

His booth was directly behind mine. He has invented a very unique tea brewing pot. I remember him telling me about them a few years ago when the idea was still hatching.  Now they’re here!

All you do is add 1-2 T. tea to the top part. Add the correct temperature of water (almost boiling for blacks and dark oolongs, about 175 for greens and greener oolongs). And that’s it!  The water drips down through the strainer and hole and when it’s done, the tea is finished. No timing needed. Click here to see the different styles.
